Stine Apartment

Location was excellent, everything was close by. Host Sandra was amazing, answered any questions we had, and made it a smooth process. Rooms were clean, everything was nice and tidy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Zadar.

The flat is modern, beds are really comfortable. All probles were solved proptly by the owner. Really nice and quiet neighbours and surroundings. One of the roads was a bit busy, but it doesn´t matter at all, it ws quiet at night. 5 minutes to the nearest shop on foot, another big shops Kaufland (on foot 10 minutes), Lidl not far away. Sports Arena Krešiira Čosiča 10 minutes. To the town centre 25 minutes on foot.

Maybe one more medium pot will be useful, when someone wants to cook.

The accommodation was nice and equipped with regard to the kitchen

In the bathroom, the outlet and the towel warmer did not work, the owner set the water temperature for us saying that she did not want us to change it. There was no place to hang laundry for 5 people, and there is a washing machine in the apartment. There was a garden written in the description, but there was no seating there and it wasn't even possible according to the owner, so actually the garden is useless, only for parking the car. The air conditioning blew air only in the corridor, but it was still the same heat in the 2 bedrooms. And if the accommodation is presented as 3 stars, it should also include cleaning. For us, the price did not match the quality of the services.
