Apsolutno sve od brige preljubaznog domaćina, mirisnog i prekrasno čistog stana do položaja stana i očaravajućeg pogleda. Ma sve preporuke.

Nedostajalo je jedino parkirno mjesto ali to nema veze sa vlasnikom već je potrebno neko brzo rješenje JLS-a..vlasnik je i tu bio iznimno brižan, pažljiv i uljudan i ponudio alternativna rješenja i zaista mu svaka čast..

Apartamento en un piso 26 con magníficas vistas, cuidado y decorado con mucho cariño. Tiene todo lo necesario y más, para pasar unos días. Todo funciona bien. La comunicación con los dueños fue fluida. Fácil acceso para ingresar o salir de la ciudad. Muy recomendable

El aparcamiento en la cercanía del edificio es un poco caótico, sin embargo, luego de entender como funciona no tuvimos problemas.

The apartment was really amazing - super clean, well-equipped, very cosy and comfortable. The view is awesome, both during day & night, position is really cool for going both to the centre (by foot or car) or easily leaving the city. Checking in&out was really seamless and communication with Kristijan nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10, honestly, I think most rental owners should aim to the standard that Kristijan sets. Only tip to give to future guests - do have patience with parking, it might take a few minutes to find a spot, but hey, I mean I really think it shouldn't be a dealbreaker for anyone, it's worth it :)

Host was very friendly and co-operative. He was communicating perfectly about everything. I really appreciate him.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and functional apartment. Well-stocked kitchen with new appliances. Comfortable bed. Great Wi-fi. Very kind and attentive host.

Most of the downsides of the apartment are due to the location. Being on the 26th floor of a high-rise almost 1 mile (mostly uphill) from the city center was not super convenient. Parking was really a nightmare. The sound of the elevator became somewhat disturbing when trying to sleep. Finally, some of the pictures for the booking are from the roof of the building, not the apartment. The roof is accessible, but not someplace you are likely to hang out.

I loved this apartment. The view is so awesome. It was the perfect place for me to rest while in rijeka. The amenities were very nice.

Very comfortable and nice place, the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Beautiful apartment. Pity I had no time to use the kitchen!

The owner is a kind person that explains everything nicely. The apartment is amazing. Clean, spacious, beautiful. The owner also kindly equipped the apartment with everything you need and more!
