Perfect location,great restaurant next door. Great unit

Too noisy all night and banging from supermarket trolleys restocking from 7 in the morning

The use of a code rather than a key was amazing. It felt super secure and it meant there was no risk of us losing keys. The location was incredible, and the size and comfort of the room was brilliant. Perfect for our stay in Split.

The noise from the street was quite loud. However, that's pretty unavoidable and a worthy trade off for how excellent the location is.

This apartment is located in the centre of old town, which was perfect. The supermarket was two steps away, so very handy. The studio apartment had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the key entry was especially convenient. We arrived very early in the morning so we were also able to drop our bags in a locked cabinet while we walked around town. Communication with Ana the owner was very good. Overall had a great 3 day stay in this apartment.

Perfect location right in the town center and directly opposite a supermarket. Apartment was spacious with good amenities. Host was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

A lot of light comes into the room, from the outside at night.

The apartment is in the very heart of Split, providing an ideal position to discover the city center. We booked two neighboring apartments, for 2 persons each, and both of the apartments were very well equipped, clean and comfy. The bed is fairly large. Updated furniture, very smooth and comfortable code-based entrance, and the responsive host made our trip even more joyful. We have regularly visited Split for more than 15 years, and I can say that this apartment is overall a very good choice in the center.

The fact, that the apartments are in the very center of the city makes the life a bit noisy, especially in late Saturday evenings (due to drunken English tourist groups along the street), and also early morning (due to early opening hour of the neighboring Spar). Even with the good windows, you can hear some noise, if you are sensitive for that. Another minor issue (not for us) is the steep and narrow staircase in the corridor: usual for these old buildings, but can be an issue for those with disabilities or problems with steps.
