Apartments Villa Eden

Great location and host.

That mattress protector and sheets didn’t fit on beds. Towels were extremely old. Advertised satalite tv but couldn’t access Netflix or YouTube. Old tv and not able to access any entertainment throughout stay.

The Ground floor apartment where we stayed at is great for family with small children. It has a great terrace with enough sunshades, just on the sandy beach. Kids can just come and go to the apartment and beach. Ther is also very nice restaurant with nice sunshades very close by. Great host as well, very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location at Jaz Beach

We arrived at Villa Eden to find out the large “Penthouse” apartment with big deck overlooking the beach and ocean with beds for 4 ppl, we had Booked was already occupied. The lady that met us gave us a different unit. This unit had 3 beds and a couch we could turn into a bed, and an inferior deck and view. Apparently they had given away the larger more expensive Penthouse to another group the day before and it was an honest mistake, they say. So we paid more and got an inferior apartment?? We call that Bait and switch in the USA. I negotiated with the son to get $150 euro credit since we paid more for the unit we booked. So that’s a bummer, but we’ll make the best of it. Then we find out there’s no AC in the sleeping areas, and it’s 90F and 90% humid. The only AC is in the kitchen. Hellishly hot in the bedrooms. We tried opening the windows at nite but there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes would swarm in. Each morning we would wake up with bug bites all over all 4 of us. Well, we only had the windows open a couple hrs the first nite, and not after that. Each of 5 mornings we’d have more bug bites. The Apartment we were given at Villa Eden is infested with BED BUGS. We were in denial at first… but, we each got 20-50 bug bites while sleeping, and more every nite. Villa Eden could be a 5 star property for location, but, a bed bug infestation, no window screens, essentially no AC, and bait and switch on the booking, Villa Eden gets 1 star. AND, we are worried Villa Eden’s Bedbugs will come home with us! Jeff K

maybe one thing missed. one sharp knife and nonstick pan. but its not important. great apartment…

Location is perfect, a few paces from Jaz beach. Penthouse apartment very spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice big towels. Great balcony with amazing view. Good AC. Maria delightful and helpful. Great communication. Easy walk from ferry. Quiet but close to cafes, restaurants etc. Perfect for us

Clean and centrally located

Lack of toilet paper after one day and no refill meant

Villa Eden is right on the beach. Top location! Mariya was wonderful and sweet! The place was very clean, with beautiful view and with a garden with a lot of flowers. Real beauty! It was very calm and nice. Spacious and cozy!
