We've spent most of our evenings playing cards on the terrace. It was a great space with a bit of sea view. The property is also just a 5 minutes walk downhill to the local beach. It was ideal.

The washing machine was old and leaking

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Everything was super clean and we enjoyed a lot our stay. We will definitely come back :)

Njivice is a very good starting point for short trips to other beaches within the Island of Krk (the only sandy beach in the island is just 20 minutes away by car) but its own beach is quite rich in marine life. The apartment is very close to a quiet zone covered by pine trees that provide good shadow for families with newborns and young kids. And the elevated bench the owners have built on the balcony provides an excellent front view of the sunset, and the many constellations at night. We were able to dine on the terrace while watching the lake-like seaview.

Not that we didn't like this, but something to account for, there are many stairs to climb to reach the top floor apartment. They're totally worth the view, though.

Our apartment was on the ground floor, so no sea view. We can hear the neighbors when sitting outside. The room was also quite outdated.

Absolutely perfect aproach from owner - very kind and helpfull in case of any of our family needs!.. Super location specialy for families with small childrens (between apartments and beach there is located child-park; always possible to find the beach with shadows by trees; very quiet place with possibility to visit also noisy centrum which is not far from apartment.
