I stayed here for a month and was very satisfied. The location is great - about a 15-minute walk to the city center and around 10 minutes to the bus station. There’s a grocery store right downstairs, which is very convenient. The area is quiet and the neighbors are not noisy. The apartment has everything you might need: dishes, pots, pans, and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The heating works well, cleaning is done regularly, and the tap water is excellent - you can drink it. Having both an elevator and a terrace is a big plus. There’s also a bar on the ground floor. The host is polite and always available. A perfect place for a comfortable stay in Varaždin!

Közel van a belváros, az udvarban lehet parkolni.

Sajnos az utcai zajok kissé behallatszanak.

Apartman je vrlo lijep, moderno uređen, izuzetno čist i uredan. Boravak u njemu je vrlo ugodan. Osiguran je privatni parking sa rampom. Centar grada je blizu, te svi ostali sadržaji. U sklopu zgrade se nalazi trgovina mješovitom robom, kafić. Domaćin, gospodin Tomislav je uvijek dostupan i na usluzi, jako pristojan i ljubazan. Sve pohvale za ovaj lijepi apartman.

Sve je bilo u najboljem redu.

Super domaćin, jednostavan dogovor, super čisto i uredno.

Sehr netter und reibungsloser Kontakt mit Inhaber. Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber.
