Great location in the center of old town, easy communication with the host (code for keybox) and the apartment has everything you might want (clean, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and plenty of space). We enjoyed our stay very much! Keep in mind that there are several flights of stairs and no elevator. Apartment is on the top floor and has a lovely balcony.

The property was mostly as expected, location was perfect! Instructions to find the apartment were clear and provided before arrival, and the facilities were clean and had all the essentials you might need

There were a few issues with leakages - we had to put a bowl under the air conditioner, and there must have been a pre-existing leak under the boiler as a bowl was already on top of the washing machine to catch water. It was also advertised to have a balcony but I think this is only in one apartment of the two in the unit - this wasn’t a major issue for us but we were expecting one

Location and clean

Check in instructions were incorrect. It states that someone will meet you at the property but there’s no one there to meet you a the self check in message got to us late.

Carrying large suitcase up 84 stairs wasn’t for the faint hearted

The room had everything you need for living. Very clean and located right in the center. The best location to explore Zadar. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward.

It’s on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs. Overall, it’s quite a long way up.
