L'appartamento è molto grande e la ben organizzato. è disponibile un parcheggio riservato sotto l'ingresso. la cucina è ampia e ben fornita e i terrazzi spaziosi e comodi. si trova in una buona posizione per essere sia vicini al centro di Novaljia che per raggiungere spiagge più lontane.

In una camera non sono presenti le persiane ma solo delle coperture sulle finestre che lasciano passare molta luce.
