"Superb"

Perfect location for guests without a car. Two nice beaches nearby with city center in a walking distance. Public transport shops and bakery also very close. Very clean apartment with good kitchen, toilet and comfortable bed.

Balcony view is not appropriate for the price range. It's looking into neighbor's backyard.
