VILLA NICOLINA

Really nice apartment in a modern building with many good facilities such as a swimming pool, rooftop spa, large balcony, private parking in a locked garage.

Nothing except that it is a bit longer to the beach than first expected. However, the beach can be reached with a short walk of approx. 10-15 min.

There was no iron in the rooms

Absolutely friendly welcome, apartment was super clean and full furnished with all you need for holiday stay with much more extra care and great communication with the people working there for you. Not at all problem with later check out and they were ready to send me my cloths wich I forgotten at closet. Just more than you can ever expect!

That I couldn't stay longer......

stunning , great location in a quiet residential neighbourhood but within easy access by taxi or bus into split. staff were extremely friendly although despite slight English barrier but was overcome easily . Host was very on hand and helpful would definitely recommend . many thanks for our stay it was perfect.

Finding the place was next to impossible and more difficult than necessary as GPS did not pin point it there are NO signs when everyone else has one and the town and district have confusing names (Kastal, Kastel, Kastela, Kastelia, etc.) It was just by chance we drove down the narrow street and saw the name on the building - no where else - then there was nobody there to greet us nor open the doors. We had to leave and in a last effort found internet to make a call and then the proprietor answered and said he would meet us. The building is steel, concrete, and glass - great but as tight as a security safe room and doors that require strong people to turn the keys that could easily break off and what do you do with a fire, there would be no quick way to exit.

Very nice, well kept villa apartment, friendly staff and owner. Spacious indoors with a chic interior and good amount of day light coming in through the big glass windows. A really comfortable place to stay and a good distance from Split, Trogir and the airport.

We would have loved to use the pool, but saw (online) that it was unavailable during our stay due to the off-peak time of year. However we understood the additional effort and cost of having to maintain a pool for just two guests rather than the whole villa may be seen as unnecessary, especially in the cooler months. The pool seemed like it was available to use when we were there in person as it had no cover on top, but we didn’t want to assume anything and go in without permission, so we ended up just not using it.

We were 4 adults + 1 child (8yr). Villa was very modern and spacious. We had at our disposal 2 bedrooms and one big living room with comfortable sofa and very good equipped kitchen. Living room has air-conditioning which is enough for that room but it's not cooling the bedrooms. Apartment is fully equipped and we had all we needed. We had apartment at the ground floor with private garden. It was furnished with table with chairs and sofa. There was also grill at our disposal. Right next to it was the pool which our son used every day. We had a lot of fun by the pool side and as I saw we were almost the only ones using it. The host was very helpful and supportive every time we had a question or needed help. Thank you for that! We have spend there very nice 2 weeks of our hollidays.

The only disadvantage is the nose of plains which are starting and landing right over the villa. Some of them are very low and very, very loud. If you like to sleep a bit longer you should consider that.
