The fact that they display Parking as utility, but in reality you must park on the street or in the garage about 350m from the apartment. When asked about the prices of the parking, host told us much cheaper price than it actually was.

部屋のシャワーの温水がでなくなりました。1日目の夜は温水が出て2日目出ず、水を浴びました…。オーナーに連絡しましたが返信が全く来ず。電話をかけても出ず。ようやく夜になって連絡がきましたが対応してもらえずまた水を浴びました。 なにかあっても対応はしてもらえなくても良いなら予約をお勧めします。 あと鍵は開け閉めが非常に難しくて、隣人が助けてくれました。

Lovely apartment overlooking quiet internal courtyard/garden. High ceilings, large comfortable bed. Endless storage if you wanted it. There's a fridge and some basic kitchen things. Great central location in the heart of the city, very convenient for the archaeological museum and all the central attractions and museums but at the same time amazingly quiet- didn't feel like being in the centre of a big city. Communication with the owner was easy- they sent the cleaner to meet me with the keys when I arrived and then I just left them in the apartment when I departed, so no difficulties with check-in or check-out.

It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies like coffee pods for the coffee maker (only a Nespresso machine- no kettle) and shampoo in the shower but there are shops very nearby for anything you need.

Location right in the centre of the city and not too far from the railway station was perfect. Very secluded once inside the property. Large, comfortable bed

Despite stating it had a washing machine, it didn’t…no space, plumbing etc., ‘only Hidden Garden 1 has a washing machine’ 🤬…needed the machine as we’d been travelling for a week. Staff unable/unwilling to engage or suggest alternative - found a serviced Laundromat 50m from the property (opens at 9am) and got 25€, our washing was done for us…now re-claiming the 25€. Exit instructions to leave keys in flat and close doors behind you…but if any of the other doors (3 of them!), need unlocking, you’ve a problem. On leaving, take keys all the way to the street door to check, then take keys back.

Perfect location, very comfortable bed and facilities..

The boiler made beeping noises till 1am, and we had to kill a cockroach.

I booked this apartment mainly because the listing clearly stated it had a washing machine, which was essential for my travel plans. However, when I arrived, there was no washing machine at all. I don’t understand why it was advertised that way, and it really disrupted my schedule. The listing also mentioned a balcony, but there was none. Check-in was another issue – the host didn’t show up at the agreed time, and we had to keep calling with no answer for a long time. We ended up wasting nearly an hour on the first day. On the plus side, the room itself was generally okay. But be very careful with the door lock – it’s tricky and it’s easy to accidentally lock yourself out when you check out.
