Majiteľ sa staral vzorne aj ubytovanie bolo primerané aj cene . K ubytovaniu ze bolo na treťom poschodí tak chýbal výťah.a prvý dojem z okolitých bytov bol taky by som povedal odstrašujúci ten celý vchod by potreboval trochu rekonštrukcie ale myslím ze aj toto je zohľadnené v cene .

Chýbajúci výťah a neupravené okolité byty v tomto vchode za čo majiteľ nemôže. Až prekvapenie bolo ked sme otvorili dvere lebo ako keby sme prišli do iného krajšieho sveta

Posizione perfetta, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro ma nella zona silenziosa. Casa molto ben fornita, c'è tutto quello che può servire, casa spaziosa e in buono stato, proprietario gentile e disponibile, super consigliato!

La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore, ma niente di grave, il prezzo non è troppo economico, l'edificio esterno è esteticamente non in ottime condizioni, ma sono difetti minori, in generale tutto molto bene

Notre hote a été très agréable et source de bon conseils sur Zadar et la Croatie. L'emplacement en dehors de la ville touristique est un plus pour ceux qui aiment le calme. L'appartement est grand et confortable, bien équipé pour cuisiner.

La location era con tutti i comfort,pulita e attrezzata per un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione a 5 minuti dal centro storico di Zara e vicino a vari supermercati,panifici,bar e quant'altro. Se volete muovervi e non avete un proprio mezzo utilizzate l'applicazione Bolt...servizio di taxi eccezionale. Basta richiedere un'auto attraverso l'applicazione e massimo 5 minuti è lì da voi(arriva tramite la vostra posizione tramite google maps),saprete in anticipo il costo della corsa(non piu di 7 euro totali,dipende logicamente dalla distanza),il nome dell'autista e il tipo di auto.In pratica seguirete l'arrivo dell'autista dalla mappa che si aprirà. Scritto questo un caloroso ringraziamento al proprietario perché abbiamo passato 5 giorni fantastici presso la sua eccezionale struttura....consigliatissima

The apartment is very close to the downtown. There are many cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped, the apartment is spacious. The living room has air conditioning - it was very good when we played board games. The wifi is good. The owner of the apartment is very kind, he was very quick to respond to all our questions.

The bedrooms were a bit hot during the night - no air conditioning, only external shades and a ventillator. In August in Zadar the minimum temprature during the night did not allow the bed rooms to cool down. Once we accidentally switched off the water heater in the bathroom - the icon on the switch is very small. We would have appreciated a bigger sign to say: "Don't switch it off if you want hot water for your shower".

Удобное местоположение, большие комнаты, балкон . Недалеко от исторического центра.Кухня оборудована,кондиционер в гостиной.Хозяин очень приветливый, всегда на связи.

Все было нормально.

Nagyon tetszett, hogy az apartman tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt. Minden közel volt: bolt, éttermek, strand – így könnyű volt mindent elérni gyalog is. A környék csendes és nyugodt volt, tökéletes a pihenéshez. Szívesen visszatérnénk ide máskor is!
