Lovely 3 Bedroom Apartment In Quiet Area w/ Pool

Bitte auch die schlechte Bewertung lesen! Aber hier erst mal das positive!! Die Wohnung ist mit einer sehr guten Küche ausgestattet, auch der restliche Wohnbereich ist modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Besonders schön ist auch der großzügige Grillplatz hinter dem Haus mit gemütlicher Sitzgelegenheit.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung und könnte eigentlich ein kleines Schmuckstück sein. Leider war sie bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr schlechten und unsauberen Zustand: Überall Haare (auch in den Betten), Staub und Schmutz in den Schränken, alte Taschentücher unter dem Bett, ein verschmutzter Kühlschrank, ungepflegte Waschmaschine sowie Essensreste im Sandwichtoaster. Viele Flächen waren fettig und staubig. Wir mussten selbst reinigen, Bettwäsche kaufen und sogar einen Staubsauger besorgen, um die Wohnung nutzbar zu machen. Mit einer professionellen Reinigung wäre die Wohnung wirklich schön, aber in dem aktuellen Zustand ist sie nicht empfehlenswert.

Curățenia! nu a fost făcut curat după precedenții clienți. Praf peste tot, podele nu au fost măturate și spălate, baia murdară la fel și bucătăria. A fost necesar noi cat de cat să facem curat ca să poți folosi acele facilități din casă.

The apartement is well-equipped and comfortable.

The apartement was not cleaned up at all. The floor was covered with dirt and hair. The bathroom was also dirty (there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, the toilet was dirty, the rubbish was not taken out). All in all the state of the apartment's cleanness was zero. The tax was foretaken but no ID card was registered.

Spaceous and has a decent pool

Wasn't properly cleaned. Crumbs and hair were everywhere. Our baby found a little yellow pill and almost swallow it so we were in a shock. We didn't have warm water for one day. Air condition was too weak. We couldn't found the owner for check out so we have to leave the key in apartment and go
