Clean. Great location.

Really close to the waterfront and everything else. Balcony was nice with a good view. Had everything we needed for cooking.

Fantastic value in an historic, characterful area with numerous amenities on doorstep. Very usable balcony with a wonderful view. Effective air con in two rooms. Excellent communication and a lovely welcome by owner.

There are some compromises (especially if not just a couple) but access, space and layout are clearly shown in photos and so no surprises after booking.

Jedna spavaća soba s bračnim krevetom, a drugi krevet je smješten na hodniku/prolazu ispred ulaznih vrata od spavaće sobe i terase. Tako da ako netko želi potpunu privatnost po sobama - nisu dvije spavaće sobe.

Location within walking distance to the old town and Port was very convenient. Great restaurants nearby. Cute balcony deck. Ideal for a couple.

Kitchen was a little on the small side and some of the mugs were dirty. Third bed was located right outside the main bedroom, giving little privacy for the person sleeping there. Many stairs need to be negotiated so would not recommend to someone worth mobility issues.

Location is excellent right by the area that is full of Konoba (taverns) with good value food and drink. Also about 15 mins walk to the bus station and good to walk up to the top of the steep hill for excellent panoramic views. Very pleasant host who is very easy to contact. Excellent balcony/outside area though it’s overlooked and useful for drying laundry.

The bedrooms/upstairs with the balcony are very good; downstairs (living room, kitchen, bathroom) are a little tired but still not a bad choice for accommodation in Split.

Fantastic central location. Gorgeous balcony with great views. Bozidir was a friendly and helpful host - he met us at our Uber to walk us up to the apartment and show us around. A modern dishwasher was a real plus when travelling! Good air conditioner in the bedroom too.

No real dislikes, just keep in mind when booking that the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs themselves are a bit precarious so may not be suitable for older people or young children.

Location location location. A lovely balcony and view of the water.

All was good. Just as advertised.
