La struttura è molto spaziosa con una bella zona giorno. È silenziosa e comoda per il mare e il paese. Il parcheggio, in una strada dove è necessario effettuare il pagamento, viene fornito dalla struttura.

È piuttosto buia nella zona notte e nelle camere non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solo dei ventilatori a colonna, seppur potenti. Bisogna trovare parcheggio in una strada piuttosto lunga, quindi potrebbe essere anche non vicinissimo all'appartamento.
