Жилье очень хорошее. Все чисто, два телевизора, два кондиционера, удобная кухня, на которой есть все даже посудомоечная машина. Нам понравилось.

Удаленно до пляжа, много ступенек, с центра всегда вверх, но нам все же понравилось.

Obiekt bez dwóch zdań fantastyczny. Lokalizacja dla sprawnych ludzi podróżujących komunikacją rewelacyjna. Przystanek autobusowy 2 minuty, główny dworzec autobusowy i kolejowy 15 minut. Minusem jest to, ze to droga na skrót czyli jak to w Rijece schody, schody schody (w górę może dać popalić). W środku czysto i schludnie. Przedpokój, korytarz, sypialnia, salon i kuchnia. Mały balkonik, na którym mieści się stolik i krzesła, z którego widać port i morze. Klimatyzatory robią robotę jak grzeje słońce (a w Rijece potrafi grzać nawet wiosną). Okiennice w sypialni i salonie. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona.

Uliczki strome i wąskie więc może być problem z postawieniem samochodu. Łazienka w stylu późna komuna. Poganianie do opuszczenia mieszkania to nie jest najlepszy sposób na zostawienie dobrego wrażenia.

Super komfortowe warunki do wyspania się zwłaszcza po gorącym dniu (klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko, ciemne okiennice), piękny widok na morze z balkonu, przestronne i ciekawie urządzone wnętrza.

Do poprawy - lodówka (głośna, wiekowa i słabo chłodząca, bez opcji otwarcia komory zamrażania).

We loved the apartment. The photos on booking.com really don't do the apartment any justice. We were comfortable and loved the whole place. It's spacious, had all we needed and the views were impressive. Breakfast and spending every possible moment on the terrace was our favourite!

Bathroom was a little strange on the order of things. Shower was small but only I'd we were being petty and looking for negatives.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tinino, it was a true lucky find. The owner was fabulous to communicate with and offered some handy sightseeing tips. The apartment is full of charm and very clean and spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect to cook in with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the aircons in the bedroom and living room were very efficient on the hot days. The little balcony offered an amazing view from the hill over the harbour. The apartment also has a washing machine which was an added bonus. Would absolutely recommend this apartment and it looks even better in real life than in the photos. Please note that the apartment is on a hill and you will need to climb quite a few stairs to get to it from the city but the view is rewarding.
