Zadar Old Town Apartments II

L’emplacement parfait, la vue depuis le balcon, le logement, nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et avons pu déposé nos bagages et avoir des conseils/carte du proprio.

Perfect location, gorgeous balcony with view of the port. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good cooking facilities. Shared bathroom with only one other room. Very clean. Met host when checking out and he was very nice

There is no lift to the fourth floor, however we were told this ahead of time

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut Es war sauber jedoch abgenutzt Der Balkon ist ganz nett Der Gastgeber hat uns angeboten unser Gepäck nach dem Check out in der Wohnung zu lassen falls wir erst später abreisen. Das ist sehr nett allerdings wollten wir under Gepäck dann nicht unbeaufsichtigt in der Wohnung mit anderen menschen lassen.

Ich möchte klarstellen dass die Küche mit anderen Gästen genutzt werden muss. Die Küche wird von mehreren Personen genutzt. Das Bad war nicht direkt am Zimmer sondern etwa 3 Meter über den Flur. Der Flur ist ebenfalls von fremden Gästen nutzbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 4. Stock. Außerdem waren wir Freitag bis Sonntag dort und zumindest an diesen Tagen waren Partys in der Stadt die sehr laut waren und bis etwa 2 Uhr früh gingen. Eine der Partys waren direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bett war nur 140cm breit und auch das Bad ist sehr beengt. Die Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen, die Gesamtbewertung von 9,0 ist nicht in Ordnung und irreführend.

The apartment was really nice and cozy and clean, provided coffee, located on 4th floor without elevator

Apartment was located in city center which is good for sightseeing but the main problem was the loud music downstairs on the market. They played till 3 a.m which was very disturbing Pillows are too big and uncomfortable
