Villa Tina

A szállás nagyon közel van a strandhoz, gyalog elérhető a központ is kisebb sétával. Tiszta volt az apartman, az ágyak kényelmesek. Szuper volt a terasz. A leírással minden megegyezett. Ráadásul egy normális parkolóhely is tartozik az apartmanhoz, ez is nagyon jó volt.

A képek alapján másra számítottam, kicsit igényesebb berendezésre. Alapjában véve jól éreztük magunkat.

Ubytování je prostorné, jezdíváme sem pravidelně. K moři je to kousek, velké parkoviště. Majitel vstřícný.

Známe ubytování za původního majitele. Vždy jsme byli spokojeni, ale letos trochu problém s čistotou. Trouba natolik špinavá, že jsem raději nepoužívali. Záchod špatně splachuje, světlo v koupelně nefunguje - svítí se lampičkou. Museli jsme čistit i odpad sprchy, protože taky neodtékala voda. Myčka hodně zapáchala a byl uvolněný v kuchyni odpad, takže ta špinavá voda protékala do hrnců. Lednička chladila nějak málo, jídlo ani pití jsme nebyli schopni vychladit (i když jsme štelovali kolečko).Na venkovních židlích chyběli podsedáky, sezení bylo docela bolestivé 🥴 Chyběl fén i ručníky, ty nám majitel po upozornění donesl 👍

Lovely two bedroom apartment, very private and in quiet location. Has a large balcony with table and sun lounges. The kitchen is new and is a large area with a table and a sofa bed. Very close to the beach, 3 to 5 min walk. Old Town of Rogoznica is a 15 min walk. Close to a supermarket. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the apartment for a few days and we were pretty consent with our stay! It's really close to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk and the beach had all we needed - a drink bar, some fast food, changing 'rooms', even toilettes! The water was clean and warm and there were't too many people till noon, later a few more people came, but we never had any problem with finding a space for ourselves. While we're at it with the distances - there were few bigger markets quite close, within walking distance, but no too hard to get to by car when you need to get heavier groceries if you visit for a longer period of time. It's a bit worse with the restaurants, although there's a food bar like 5 minutes by foot and their food was amazing! If you want a bit more traditional food like fish or such, but also pancakes or pizza, you can take a short 15 minute walk to the city centre and choose whatever you prefer, there's plenty to choose from there. There's also a bakery in the city center if you like to buy fresh baked goods and bread for breakfast for example. Back to the apartment, I believe we had all we needed in there. We cooked a couple of times and there was all we needed for that right there in the kitchen and also a huge plus - the dishwasher! There's also a washing machine in the bathroom and a few capsules so that you can wash your clothes or swimsuits if you need. The beds and couch were comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobes. What we loved the most tho was the terrace! The sun didn't really shine there till noon, so we could eat our breakfast with a view of the nature around and we spent most of our evenings there laying in the deck chairs, reading and stargazing. Since it was a bit further from the city, it was really peaceful there and we had no problem with any noises throughout the nights. Our host was kind, she let us come almost two hours before the check in time.

There were only three of us, so it was no problem for us, but since the apartment is for 6 people, i can imagine only one bathroom being a problem there. Also might not be the easiest to get to the toilette if you are of a bigger build, because the space there ain't all that big, but again it was fine for us. Overall for us personally we can't complain about anything really! :)

Great location. 5min walk to water or supermarket. Owner and his family were very friendly and accommodating. All questions were answered quickly.

Not much. The apartment was not huge but who cares, we just slept and ate there.
