Ci è stato comunicato che l'appartamento non era disponibile dopo aver pagato ed essere arrivati con i bagagli alle porte dello stabile. Contattato l'host, ci consigliava di disdire per l'indisponibilità, non curandosi del fatto che così avremmo perso i nostri soldi essendo la prenotazione non rimborsabile. Ci siamo dovuti rivolgere a Booking che ha poi provveduto al rimborso. Non lo consiglio

L'appartamento è in centro a Pola, vicino al Duomo. Si trova al secondo piano, senza ascensore. Come da foto, ha una cucina, un salotto, una camera singola, una matrimoniale e un bagno. Piastra a induzione a 4 fuochi, non è presente la moka. Lavatrice e stendino presenti. La comunicazione con l'host è stata ottima, ci ha fornito grande aiuto per il parcheggio e validi consigli di cose da fare in città e sulla costa. Per caricare e scaricare i bagagli abbiamo sostato 5 minuti al Duomo, molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il mercato mattutino, dove abbiamo trovato ottimo pesce, verdure, ecc. e la camera per la qualità del sonno (Garmin approved)

La cucina è un po' buia perché non ha finestra

Very central yet very quiet. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, which is gold. Kitchen operates well for the tenant to be able to cook in the apartment. The landlord was attentive and provided coffee machine and and water cooker. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. It was a nice plus to have an office space, and an extra bed in the second room that we could use for our child. the location of the apartment is golden...smack in the middle of old town. Communication with landlord was very good.

The showerheads in the bathroom for both the rainfallshower and the regular shower head was leaking, so this should be fixed. A couple of the door handles (for bathroom and officeroom) was loose, so it should be snug and tightened. The sofa armrests/cushions in the living room were a bit strange, as they didnt hold the form when resting your elbow there. The mount connected to the glasswall in the shower zone should be tightened...so it was just little things that should be handled in order to make the experience flawless...but overall a very pleasant experience.

Great location, facilities, and condition. We loved our easy stay in Pula. Danijel has been very helpful.

Nothing much

Fantastic location in the heart of old town.. Everything you needed was there. Helped upstairs by our host who pointed out the best eating places and how to get there.. could not have asked for more.

Daniel is a very kind and friendly host giving any possible supports and suggestions. Communications, check-in and check-out have been easy. This huge and very well equipped aparment is also very quiet, despite its downtown location. Great availability of small shops, restaurants, bars around. Free parking area at 15 min. walking distance. Highly recommended.
