Iva Apartment Split

A perfect accommodation for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler) that offers everything to make your stay pleasant and relaxed. The property is located in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood within 10-15 minutes walk to the gorgeous historic Old Town of Split on one side and a picturesque string of pebble and rocky beaches (Kaštelet) with breathtaking views of the sea on the other side. A cute playground surrounded by trees and plenty of sitting oppotunities and a cafe/bar nearby. Jadranka is the kindest and most welcoming host we have ever met! We would love to come back as we felt right at home. All necessary utensils, appliances, even toiletries, cleaning products, basic cooking essentials and so much more. Efficient air conditioning. We loved that our young child had his own little bedroom and was able to sleep without disturbance. Easiest check in and check out, great throughout.

We absolutely loved the host and the area here. Love how the cafe and the park that leads to the beach bar where people were swimming and drinking to the rock jumping areas and nice beaches, was less than a 5 min walk. 3 min to town circle with festival events, bakery, food and ice cream. 3 min to grocery stores. Main bed was super comfy. Plenty of storage space. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Hot water lasted whole shower and pressure was great. 15 min walk to the Riva. Meje was magical. Host was friendly, responsive and fast to fix any issues. She had someone out fixing the washer the next day and brought us some nice wine as an apology for the trouble. Also, really loved not needing a key when we went out. Super nice perk.

Feels small at first, but you start to appreciate the traditional decor. So, all was good. You won't regret your stay here.

Отличное месторасположение. Старый город, рынки, супермаркеты, аптеки, пляжи и набережная: все в пешей доступности. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для отдыха. Владелица Jadranka была все время на связи и помогала решить все возникающие вопросы. Советуем эти апартаменты!

Very well located, clean, practical and sweet apartment. The host is adorable: very flexible and helpful. I recommend!!

We got to the accommodation using a code. The apartment is located in a block of flats on first floor. Flat is fully equipped. Near to location are 2 markets Rybola and Tomi market 1-2minutes from Apartment. Diocletian palace is around 15min away. Beach Ježinac is around 11min and beach Kaštelet about 15min by foot, or Kasjuni 6min (by car). You can also took electric train to Park Šuma.

Parking on the street is free but during weekend its bit complicated to find free place nearby. Air conditioning is only in living room and in very hot weather you need to use another ventilator's to have little bit colder air in rest of rooms. Additional air condition would help more. Only windows curtains in bedroom.
