Muy cómodo y agradable. Bien dotado para una estancia tranquila y confortable.

El ingreso al edificio estaba bastante sucia

Vom Flughafen Splitt sind wir mit dem Bus Nr. 37 In die Stadt gefahren. Die Fahrt hat nur 3 € gekostet. Im Bus waren sehr voll und es war unangenehm zu dieser Zeit (15:30 Uhr). Mit dem Shuttle Bus (kostet 8.00 €) wäre vielleicht besser und schneller, da nicht an alle Bushaltestellen angehalten wird. Vom Busbahnhof aus ist die Wohnung gut zu Fuss erreichbar (30 Min). Die Wohnung von Niko war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Das Bett war bequem und frisch. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wohnung aus ist die Altstadt in 15 Geh Minuten erreichbar. Gute Restaurants sind rund um den Platz zu finden. Danke Nico für den Kaffee und Tee und für den schönen Aufenthalt.

It was lovely. Everything was well thought out. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. Good location to the old town and the bus station.

I thought we were getting the room with a separate bedroom as it showed on booking. We had a nice room , the kitchen area was in the same room as the bedroom.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement, es fehlt an nichts. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Altstadt. Dennoch ist es draußen relativ ruhig, außerdem gute Schallisolierung der Fenster.

Eigentlich nur der Nachbar von oben. Das ständige hin- und herlaufen und poltern war nachts einfach nervig. Wir haben uns unten wirklich überlegt, was er da oben macht?

L’appartement est super moderne et super bien situé ! Il est vraiment très cosy et lumineux. Les propriétaires mettent tous à disposition et sont réactifs aux messages !

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Apartments Tessera for our first visit to Split. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed and within walking distance to the heart of Split, and all the restaurants, cafes, shopping and places of interest. Our hosts Niko and Ivana were amazing from the start, offering a lot of helpful suggestions for places to park, eat, visit and shop. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend Apartments Tessera and would stay here again.

No outside space - but we knew that when booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartments Tessera. The apartment was in a quieter part of old town but still super close to all the action- perfect balance! It was very well equipped with everything you could think of. Very comfortable bed, and exceptionally clean. The host was very contactable and made sure we got in safe, and the driver was waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the airport. All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you :)
