Apartments Felicce

We rented two 2-bedroom apartments. Both were clean and spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. A few things were missing from the kitchen, but otherwise it was well equipped. The terraces offered a beautiful view of the sea. The house has a large garden, with the sea right at the end of it. There were one or two good restaurants just a few steps from the house. The owner was very kind.

There was no water at the accommodation on the first two mornings until around 10 a.m. Roadworks were taking place in the area at the time, which was likely the cause. We were satisfied with everything else.

Lovely host, great location, apartment with a big balcony and beautiful garden. Kitchen was well equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, jag, sandwich maker, numerous plates and glasses/cups. Showers super spacious.

Nothing that we didn't like. Couldn't find a toaster but the sandwich maker worked just fine.

Beautiful sea view, close to the sea. Good Wi-Fi. The gentleman living on the first floor was very nice and helpful. He allowed to leave our SUP on his terrace.

Declared the parking on site, but it is crowded, you may be asked to move your car, or someone may block your car behind. There were more cars parked in the parking lot than there were guests. There is not enough stuff in the kitchen: there is a coffee machine, but there are no filters for it. There aren't even paper towels, salt etc. We stayed for 5 nights. When we ran out of toilet paper, we were informed that we must to buy toilet paper since one roll is allowed for the entire period of stay. However, the lady owner gave us more paper. In 15 years of traveling to Croatia, this is the first time we have met such an approach that we need to think about paper, etc. Considering non-cheap cost of the apartment, the lady owner saves pennies on paper and filters for the coffee machine. Declared languages: English, German, Croatian. The lady owner doesn't speak English at all. The apartments have no signs on the front or along the road (unlike their neighbors) and we got lost. In response to my request by phone to come to us and show the way to the apartment, I received a refusal and finding instructions in German. She just styed in the house and waited for us to find the way. The impression is that for this lady the culture of communication and "give the help hand" to guests is completely alien! Croatia is a beautiful country, but this is the first time we met such a non-welcoming. I wish the lady owner to be more humane with her guests!
