The apartment is a perfect little place to set yourself up: old town is a 5 min walk, plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets within 10 mins, the ferry port is a 15 min walk. Yet, it is completely quiet inside, as if all those amenities aren't on your doorstep. Katarina and her mother were very responsive to messages, very helpful and very kind.

The courtyard in front of the apartment has very broken paving, so your wheelie bags must be carried here or the wheels will.be damaged.

Very accommodating host. Allowed us to drop off our luggage & store it on departure. Room is spotlessly clean & consists of bedroom plus a kitchen/dining area with sofa. There is a hot plate & microwave so if you wanted to prepare a simple meal, you could. The big plus with this property is NO STAIRS. Scarce in downtown area of Split. It is very well located, close to old town and ferries. A comfortable night’s stay.

Location was very good, close to the main bus station and old town. The apartment was well kept, clean, and cute. The host was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Split.

Very roomy one bedroom apartment in a very central location. Have stayed in hotels nearby and for size this was a lot more comfortable. Great not having any stairs since we had so much luggage. Communication with host was easy and she ensured we had no issues even though we arrived at midnight. Very easy walking distance to ferry

Location was excellent within easy reach of the old town / palace, also the beach was within walking distance. Along with the green market being all on your doorstep It had air conditioning and the host paid attention to basic arrival needs like coffee and water in the fridge.

Nothing really if I had to be picky it would just be information on where you can get a shower if you have a late flight after checking out at 10 am apart from the beach so that could be helpful.

Room was clean, aircon worked well and the bathroom was great. The host was amazing too.

The apartment was really nice, modern, and clean. It was also the in the perfect location - super close to everything non old town but also just a couple minutes outside of it so that it was much more quiet and peaceful. The host was also very communicative
