The location is amazing as right in the centre of split!

The bathroom is very small

A very comfortable stay. The apartment is in an incredible location to explore the city, and has everything you need, including a fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The air-conditioning was great and the shutters on the windows blocked out a lot of noise and light. Incredible location. The host is really attentive and helpful

The location cannot be beat - literally in the heart of the old town so you can step out of your door and begin your holiday. The flat has everything you need, and the little kitchen was really handy, including the fridge. The place was kept really clean, and decorated nicely to be a comfortable bolt hole.

The shower head was a bit loose and it affected the water flow and made it a little leaky.

The location was perfect, literally in the center, close to all restaurants and attractions. It was the best place to explore the old city. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable. Communication was fast and efficient.The quiet hours are pretty strict, you're not allowed to talk loudly after 22:30 because there're locals living in the building who complain every time there's noise, so be aware of that. The building is also interesting and old, overlooking the narrow street which creates a nice atmosphere. Great value for money.

The staircase is steep, so may not be comfortable for the eldest people or if you carry large bags. The bathroom is tiny and the water becomes cold after one person takes a shower, so we had to wait for it to heat up.

Small but nice apartment. The location is great. The supermarket and various restaurants are just around the corner. It has air conditioning, was clean and had all the equipment we needed. The owner gave us good check-in instructions. He was also always available for any other questions. You can reach various beaches in about 15 minutes on foot. Public transport is also well developed.

There were two of us, so there was enough space. For 3 people it could be rather cramped at the table and in the very small bathroom. Since the apartment is right in the center, it was very loud at night and especially in the morning if you had the window open. We kept it open at night because otherwise it would have been far too warm and we didn't want to leave the air conditioning running at night. With the window closed it should be less of a problem. If a good night's sleep is very important to you on this trip, we would recommend a hotel outside the city.
