Apartman Arbol

We spent three nights at the Árbol apartment in Split and the experience was absolutely wonderful. What we loved most was its strategic location: it's in a super quiet and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time just a stone's throw from the city center, where there's a vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and a lively scene. We want to highlight two key points that made all the difference for us: The comfort of the bed: It's spectacular, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of walking. The cleanliness: The facilities were spotless, everything was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Without a doubt, a top-notch accommodation that we highly recommend.

Начнем с того, что к апартаментам самостоятельный вход. За день до приезда я получила инструкцию, но мне начали названивать в 4 утра, писать и утверждать что по камерам увидели что я заехала, но не позвонили сразу, А В 4 УТРА! В мой отпуск. Это вообще нормально?? Паркинга рядом нету, к нему нужно идти, все документы я оставила в машине, потому что дверь и вход в апартаменты не вызывают доверия, а сейф не работает. Мало того, что я за свою собаку должна заплатить по 20€ в день, так у меня начали требовать её паспорт. Я сказала что когда пойду к машине — сделаю фото, на что меня не услышали и начали написывать смс и названивать когда я вышлю ПАСПОРТ СОБАКИ! Будто он что-то сделает или что-то украдет и они смогут что-то сделать с этим паспортом! Потом пошли смс в виде «муж приедет через 30 минут за деньгами за собаку» в 11:00 утра, конечно же я сижу дома и жду пока он приедет(НЕТ). Я первый день в отпуске и мне испортили настроение уже! Я не хотела менять ничего в последний момент но я крайне НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ это жилье и этого владельца! -100/10

Das Apartman Abol ist super gelegen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin total unkompliziert.

Türe leider nicht 100% dicht, jedoch könnte man dieses Problem schnell und einfach mit einer Lippendichtung für die Türe fixen.

Great to have clean unit and towels and supplies. Location was good, easy to walk into town and everything nearby. Great communication with host. I recommend this property.

Unfortunately, for us it was a little noisy, but we are light sleepers. But location was superb.

Al ser un baix se sent una mica de soroll del carrer, però amb taps se soluciona.

Absolutely the same as the description, clean, it was in the downtow, near to the Riva, everything was available by a short walk.

The bedding, there were a double blankets instead of two simple (i arrived with my sister).
