Dobry kontakt z właścicielem oraz odebranie kluczy nie sprawia problemu.Dodatkowym plusem jest parking na dziedzińcu posesji.Do centrum i atrakcji miasta samochodem ok 10 minut jazdy.My mieliśmy apartament z jedną sypialnią ,który w budynku znajduje się na poziomie -1. Posiada on małe okienka lufcikowe usytuowane no poziomie chodnika,co jest po części niekomfortowe.Jednak ogólnie pobyt można ocenić w stosunku do zapłaconej ceny jako udany.

Předání a vstup do apartmánu byl skvěle komunikován a poslán i video prezentací. V apartmánu bylo vše zařízeno, ale trochu jsme doufali ve vyšší množství zařízení v kuchyni (např. chybějící příbory/skleničky na víno pro více osob).

Nebyl úplný pořádek v pokoji (objektivně - cestovali jsme se psy; možná jsme dostali horší pokoj); např. špinavý toustovač, pravděpodobně propálená+špinavá pohovka. Trochu problém s parkováním - těžce se vytáčelo auto na malém prostoru.
