Studio Apartments Petar in old part of town

Everything was perfect, the apartment was super clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was well thought of and even had a written guide on: how to use the appliances, where to go if you want to eat this or that. The location was impeccable, it was less then 5 minutes walk from Diocletian's palace and 7 minute walk from Bacvice and Ovicice beach. There is a free parking space right in front of the apartment and although is a little crowded you will for sure find a spot. The host welcomed us with cold drinks, coffee and chocolates. I highly recommend it, if i ever come to Split again (which i definitely will since it is wonderful) i would sure book this.

Such a lovely place to stay for our trip. It exceeded all expectations, it was modern and clean, good size for two people and so much thought was put into it with refreshments ready and coffee for the morning. Perfect location close to everything, we would definitely recommend!

Wifi was not the best but it was good enough for our stay and to do some basic streaming and didn’t affect our experience at all!

- TV had no English channels for tourists. Seems like during renovation, no one thought about the toilet in the bathroom should be usable for adult or grown man. It's located in a corner of the room so your hand can barely even fit between toilet and the wall. So everyone who is normal built not skinny can't use the toilet in normal way. Otherwise, windows were all open for any insects to go inside the apartment when I arrived. Fortunately I didn't see any but great chance on such happening.

The location is amazing, walking distance to almost all the attractions. The apartment is very clean.

A wonderful apartment, equipped with authentic details, will make your stay extremely pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table is sufficient for a long stay. The apartment is located in a great location! It is located in a quiet part of Split, and you only need a 5-minute walk to the city centre (Riva). You only need 7 minutes to walk to the famous beach of Bacvice. Also, those who go by car, not far from the apartment, along the entire street, there is a local parking lot that is free and where you can almost always find a free parking space. The host was very helpful, he even provided a free parking space with his vehicle. All in all, the best experience in Split so far, and we are definitely coming back!

The location was convenient to the bus terminal and ferry dock. Bakery and grocery convenience stores are within walking distance. Walking back to the apartment in the dark feels safe. Kitchen was well equipped, decor was nice.

The street is hard to find, even with Google map, especially since we arrived late around 9:00 pm. More clear and more descriptive directions would have been helpful.

What I like the most was the environment of the room, the beds and the location, the room has a vibe of Croacia itself with the rocks in front of the bed. It is an excellent place for vacation and bring family in. I am willing to comeback again soon as Croacia is now my place for vacation by excellence.
