Pokoj je vybaven na delší pobyt, nechybí myčka, trouba, mikrovlnka, kávovar, pračka. Líbyl se nám velký balkon a soukromé parkovací místo. Bezproblémové předání klíče i když majitel se nemohl dostavit.
