"Apartment was in a great location to do everything we wanted to do, being trams, buses or walking."

Access to the apartment was easy with a message being sent with the code to the key box plus pictures to show exactly where it was located so nice and easy to find. Location was central with easy access to the trams and buses. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets were close by. The buildings were amazing to look at and I am pleased we chose Zagreb to explore. Prices I found were cheap with the trams only costing a couple of Euros and great value for a meal out in the evening.

I can’t say there was anything I disliked

very clean, very comfortable beds, a good taste design.

the rust visible on the heating system corps, washing machine looked pretty old, a water stain on the wall which needs repairing

location is great.

boiler for hot shower is not working properly, not enough water for two people, I had to take a cold shower, toilet is one of those you have to clean after use, really disgusting.

The radiator could not be turned off. We had to turn on the AC and opened the windows. The host informed us it was turned on by the City. Unit is on the 5th floor and heat rises and it is such a waste of energy as we were having to run the AC the entire time we were there. The trams below, party goers and such were loud and things went into the wee hours of the night. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we didn’t have to keep the windows open all night. That being said it is in a great location. BTW we stayed 2 nights May 10th & 11. it was raining out and damp.

Unbeatable location Good communication with the host by WhatsApp Nice view Well-stocked kitchen and the house in general had everything we needed Elevator

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable The duvet is just barely big enough to cover two people The curtains didn't fully cover the window, and quite a lot of light comes in from the street. Maybe a little hook would help attach the curtain closer to the window to fix this problem Lots of noise from the tram, which goes all night, and audible even with the windows closed

Everything was just great. The apartment was very cozy and spacious. The location is simply the best and we really enjoyed our stay here. :)
