Villa Piazza grande

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Piazza Grande, weil es uns dort so gut gefiel. Die Wohnung ist für uns (4 Personen) sehr geräumig und die Lage ist mitten in der kleinen Stadt Fazana ideal. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch das Hotel nebenan war sehr unkompliziert. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit

The apartment is in the locality of Old Fažana, it really is an old town with narrow streets. There are 2 great restaurants and a wine bar in the small square, more restaurants and shops are available further towards the harbour. The bakery is within a 2 minute walk. Parking is available at the marina, space is plenty (book in advance), 2 minutes walk to the apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable, you can feel at home. On the ground floor kitchen + lounge + bathroom, upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom, above each bedroom there is an attic room with additional beds. The kitchen has everything you may need - 2 small fridges, stove, coffee maker, microwave. The air conditioning works great, although due to the location of the house we rarely used it. There is an open hallway with seating and an awning before entering the apartment, privacy is provided by a high wall - a very nice place for breakfast. There is also a barbecue. Wifi without issues.

I would recommend upgrading the shower seal in the upstairs bathroom.

Amazing property in a great location in the centre of Fazana. Literally everything at the doorstep. Historic centre, restaurants, shops, beaches, harbour everything within a minute walk. The property itself, a bathroom, kitchen diner on the ground floor, another bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs and further two beds on a gallery one above each bedroom. Outside patio with a grill, the kitchen is fully equipped. Key pickup was straight forward from the reception of the hotel next door.
