Nest Apartment

Modern apartment, very close to old town. It has everything for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

The location to city center is only 10 minutes. The apartment has lots of space. The bed is comfortable. The view is amazing. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful.

There is some traffic noise in front of the apartment

Great value for money. The apartment is so spacious, the bathroom is great, incredible views of Split and having a washing machine on a holiday is a big bonus!

The aircon didn't quite reach the main bedroom and it was 38* whilst we were staying. So we opted for the pull out couch in the living room which was perfect.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Exactly as depicted in pictures. Bed linen and towels also fresh and clean. Very convenient and accessible location - about 15mins leisurely walk to city centre. Nearby there are supermarkets, drugstore, bakery, pharmacy, a coffee shop downstairs of the building. There's a bus stop downstairs of the building. Having arrived in Split from Dubrovnik which was extremely well-manicured, at first glance, the neighbourhood looked a bit "rough" with graffiti-covered walls. But we soon realised that graffiti is a common sight over all parts of Split and it's just part and parcel of local-living😀. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Kristian kindly picked us up from the port as our ferry arrived late at night, which we very much appreciated. Check-out was a breeze - just drop off keys into the letterbox. An Uber ride to the central bus stop was about 6euros on a Sunday.

Minor point - the 2nd aircon situated in the hallway didn't cool down the bedroom. It was quite stuffy so we slept in the living room where the main aircon was, and the arrangement worked well for us :). Perhaps having a fan in the bedroom might be a cost-effective way to mitigate this problem, especially during the warmer months.

Everything - best apartment stay ever!! We arrived really late - 11.30pm and the owner was so lovely! Location was excellent- very close to the centre but nicely away from the tourism. View was exceptional.
