Jednostavna i brza komunikacija. Apartman je bio prozračen i uredan, sanitarni čvor čist. Kuhinja je idealna za manje obroke prilikom kraćeg boravka. Lokacija je izvrsna, sve što je potrebno nalazi se nadohvat ruke pa tako i stanice za gradski prijevoz.

lokacija je u blizini centra i ostalih sadržaja

čistoća prostora je mogla biti bolja, podovi su bili prljavi, kauč je bio pun mrvica, nekakvih ostataka i pun mrlja. Suđe koje se nalazilo u elemntu također je bilo prljavo, u kuhalu za vodu ja stajala voda koja stoji od ko zna kada. Sama školjka za wc je bila ispod lavaboda, toliko je bilo skučeno da sigurno neka malo jača osoba nebi mogla niti stati u taj mali prostor. Nije bilo ni wc papira, neki mali ficlek smo našli sami na recepciji i uzeli si. Pregradni zidovi između stanova su takni poput šperploče i budili su nas ljudi iz susjednih stanova.
