owner was so rude and she doesn’t even speak english , she couldn’t guide about parking, wifi was not working and she blame my phone for that.

I dont like anything. I request to booking.com stuff please take action about on this. Firstly they take hand cash no bank transfer they accept and dont give any recipts after give payment. 2nd, they have 1 air conditions in the flat and thats not working. Where the temperature was nea 38 degrees celsius. When i called them to say thing they start make me fun and say cant speak English. So much dirty apartment not feel secure there. Bed and pillow all are dirty. What we see in pictures it was not same. We believe booking. Com take action on this apartment.
