Evening is excellent. Entrance is not easy to find but owner gave me information in details in advance and he was waiting for me in front of the building.

Parking was full for the residents but I was managed to find some space behind the apartment

Excellent, modernly decorated and well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a relaxed stay. Attention is paid to even the smallest details. The host is unobtrusive and very helpful, ready to provide the necessary information at any time. Thanks for the bottle of wine :-).

Although there is free parking around the building, it is not always possible to find a free place. Of course, the owner of the apartment is not responsible for this.

Good airconditioning, modern kitchen. Very good bathroom, amazing water pressure and shower. Big television and netflix aswell.

Parking is a nightmare. Also facade looks very ugly, no wonder no photos are available. Coffee available but no kettle to boil water

Great Location, amazing host and very well furnished apartment. We stayed for "Ultra Festival" and the transport routes to split on the bus were simple and very cheap. Overall the apartment was very comfortable and great for keeping costs down due to the kitchen and large fridge.

We personally didn't mind the distance from the center of Split (15 min bus) as it gets you away from the hustle and bustle. However some people may prefer to be able to walk from their accommodation into Split.
