1. Fantastic location. About 50 meters to the sea in a straight line. I was standing on the terrace near the house talking to my wife, who was swimming in the sea. You can get to the beach by road in 3 minutes. 2. Terrace! This is a big plus. The opportunity to relax, have breakfast or dinner in the fresh air, admiring the beauty of the sea - this is an incredible pleasure. 3. Infrastructure. There is a small cafe and shop right next door, which open early in the morning. There are two restaurants nearby. One is fish, the other specializes in grilled meat dishes. Both establishments offer "to-go" food. If you want to visit the aforementioned fish restaurant, I advise you to book a table in advance. It is very popular. The "meat" restaurant, which is located almost on the seashore, has a lot of space for visitors and a wonderful view. 4. Transport. The city bus service is another "bonus" to a good vacation. I can advise you to buy, immediately upon arrival in Rijeka, a weekly ticket worth about 25 euros. And you will be able to get to the city center, large shopping centers, etc. at any time. Also relatively close are wonderful fashionable resorts - Opatija and Lovran. Believe me, these small trips will add pleasure to your vacation.

I will list a few minor inconveniences that did not spoil the wonderful vacation: - the kitchen area is not comfortably arranged enough. There is no work surface for cooking. And I would advise the owner to update the electric stove. It would also be nice to add a microwave. - the shower cabin lacks at least a small shelf. - it would be desirable to have separate lighting and an awning on the terrace from possible rain. This does not require large expenses but would provide additional comfort.

Top Lage direkt am Meer mit einem schönen Ausblick von der gemütlichen Terrasse. Ruhige Lage und ganz unkompliziert. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen daneben und ein sehr empfehlenswertes Fischrestaurant nicht weit entfernt.

Das Parken auf den Öffentlichen Parkplätzen kann sich schwierig gestalten.

The apartment was nice and clean, had an absolutely amazing terrace with the see view and a beach in 10 min. It is located between Rijeka and Opatija and takes 20-30 min by bus to get to either, so unless you need to go to the city every day, the location is perfect

Big landscape differences around - to get to the nearest grocery shop, we had to hike 20 min up the hill
