When I get there owner told me the appartment is bussy!! After I called booking.com he gave me some other appartment.

A long wait to be admitted to the apartment, despite following the instructions given to contact them one hour before arrival, after several messages, the owner's father came and welcomed us saying that he will not wait for the guests, that the guests should wait for him. There is no peace in the apartment, you can hear dripping water all the time at night, after 11 o'clock in the evening, the washing machine in the corridor, which is shared with another apartment, turned on, the drain in the bathroom does not swallow water,...

Well it was clean, so there is that.

-The host said there should be problems with hot water from time to time due to construction maybe. There was none in 3 days. -No Internet for 3 day. I had to do my work from a caffe bar on a 34 degree hot day. -The towels smell bad, like they were soaked in water for a long time and just put up there. -The fridge is too loud and you can barely get any sleep because of it - The blinds on the windows are inoperable - "Free on site parking means" maybe there will be a parking in the neighborhood, maybe not. -The worst thing of them all is some sort of noise coming from the window near the kitchen. It's like water dripping on metal, which I can only assume is probably from an AC unit from one of the upstairs neighbor. It drove me mad and I slept for 2hrs the first night.
