Great value for the money (10 out of 10). Very clean can fit 2 adults plus 2 child. has small kitchen with all kitchen utilities. nice location near transport with free parking. will definitely stay again.

the location from the center is 10 mins by car comfortable bed and sofa wifi worked OK Soap and towels provided balcony (smoking allowed, but no ashtray)

The surroundings were a bit dubious, we parked our car next to one with a broken window. It did not feel very safe. (My bad, I had to do my research more carefully). The apartment needs numerous repairs - the entry door handle hardly stays on the door, again the safety issue. AC did not work correctly. Set at 24 the air coming out was warm, so tried to set it to 16, no change. The next morning we set it to 26 and it worked... The kitchen corner is shabby/worn out. The cabinet above the extractor hood needs fixing because it s falling down Dirty chair upholstery in the kitchen. Pan with nonstick coating scrubbed completely, so not OK to use. I smell mold, but maybe it s just me.... The bathroom is small but sufficient for 1 night. Ants were everywhere, I saw a few in every room (bathroom, kitchen, living room), my husband told me there was a lot under the carpet but he did not want to scare me and the kids so he told me only after we left. Definitely not suitable for kids (safety, hygiene) and if this is not your only possibility, go somewhere else. We traveled with friends, they rented an apartment 10 mins by car from this one, a few € cheaper and it was new, comfy and beautiful, so this is not the cheapest option and definitely not value for money.
