Boravak je bio odličan! Vlasnici su iznimno ljubazni i uvijek na usluzi za sve što zatreba. Smještaj je bio jako čist i uredan, što nam je puno značilo. Sve preporuke i rado ćemo se opet vratiti!

Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocy.Dodatkowo wszytko czyste i komfortowe (zmywarka i pralka ze środkami do użytku oraz duża ilość czystych ręczników ) Bardzo polecam

Nie ma do czego się przyczepić wszędzie blisko z hotelu, czysto. Obok dobre restauracje Bistro Bagetina. Polecam

Apartament wynajęty przez Booking, od początku kontakt z właścicielem świetny. W mieszkaniu wszystkie udogodnienia, pralka, zmywarka, żelazko. Świetne wyposażenie kuchni. Dodatkowo pod blokiem miejsce parkingowe przypisane do mieszkania, widoczne w kuchni. Osiedle zamknięte na szlaban. Do najbliższej plaży 10 minut piechotą, do centrum Zadaru 30 minut. W mieszkaniu klimatyzacja, dwa wygodne duże łóżka. Woda ogrzewana przez grzejnik elektryczny - zawsze gorąca. Bardzo polecam. Bardzo miło nas zaskoczyło to, że w lodówce mieliśmy jedzenie przygotowane i kupione przez właściciela bo przylecieliśmy akurat w święto i sklepy były zamknięte. Odbiór kluczy osobisty, Pan właściciel polecił nam nawet super restauracje i oczywiście najlepsze plaże. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani nawet bardziej niż myśleliśmy.

The apartment, as well as the approach of the hosts, was excellent. The apartment was fully furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were kind, accommodating, and helpful. They even recommended the best places in the area and assisted us when we encountered complications (such as closed shops, etc.). We’d be happy to come back again next time. 🙂

The host waited for us and showed us the apartment when we checked in. He even gave us a lift to the bus station after we checked out. He was responsive to our enquiries and helpful. He gave us a bottle of water and wine. Though we don't drink, we appreciate the gesture. The room was clean and had basic facilities.

As we did not drive and the old town was 30 mins walk, we had to take Uber in and out the place where there is no public transportation. I read the review that the location was good before I booked. Probably that was for those who drove.

For me, one of the best accommodations in Zadar. New quiet area, private enclosed parking, modern design and all necessary furniture for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fully equipped kitchen, with additional microwave, Turkish coffee maker, and most importantly a washing machine, which is often missing in most accommodations. Cafes, restaurants, shops, bakeries within a 5-minute walk. The sea and beaches are also within walking distance. In addition, the house offers incredible views of the sunset, sea, and island etc. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They told us where to go, what to see, where to eat. In short, we felt at home, for which we are very grateful!
