Location was excellent for 5 min run into city centre on Bus No8. Also food market just across the road. Lovely Cafe/Bar straight across the street

The studio was spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, and a small balcony. Although the view wasn’t special, it was pleasant to sit outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice machine, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. Communication about collecting the keys was clear and straightforward. The location was convenient too, with a supermarket and café opposite, and both Marjan Hill and the city centre within easy walking distance.

The main drawback was the bed. The mattress sagged in the middle, causing both of us to roll towards the centre and sleep poorly. Because of that, we wouldn’t return unless the mattress was replaced. Otherwise, it’s a good option for heavy sleepers who don’t mind sharing a soft bed.

Diese zentral und ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zur historischen Altstadt gelegene Unterkunft befindet sich in einem von Einheimischen bewohnten und belebten Stadtviertel nahe Marjan. Das Wohnhaus liegt vis á vis einer beliebten Bar und eines kleinen Supermarktes. Das Appartment ist aufmerksam sowie charmant eingerichtet, detaillreich sowie geschmackvoll mit persönlichen Gegenständen der stylischen Gastgeberin dekoriert und verfügt über eine vollständig ausgestattete Küchenzeile, was es insgesamt durch eine persönliche Note auszeichnet. Mit dem üppig begrünten Balkon sowie der Fensterwand zum ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet, ist der Straßenlärm weder zu sehen noch zu hören. Für Anreisende mit PKW/Mietwagen gestaltet sich allerdings die Parkplatzsuche trotzt mehrerer anliegenden Parkplazflächen als recht schwierig. Die freundliche Gastgeberin begleitete meinen leider nur 3-tägigen Aufenthalt mit Check-in/-out-Anweisungen per Mail/WhatsApp und war bei allen Anliegen (bei mir: verspätete Anreise wg. Flugausfall) immer ansprechbar und um Entgegenkommen bemüht. Vielen Dank!

Für den plötzlichen Temperatursturz ausserhalb der Sommersaison, gerne eine zusätzliche bzw. noch etwas wärmere Bettdecke :)

Beautiful, bright apartment with everything you need and more. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the city center and a supermarket right across the street. Everything was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Cozy and comfortable room with all the amenities you need. Good location within walking distance of the center and several of the beaches. Host was very helpful.

Sfortunatamente c’era un’odore forte che veniva dal bagno a causa di problemi di fogna. Praticamente era impossibile starci
