Apartamento súper moderno y bien equipado. Bien situado en un barrio con muchos servicios. Pudimos hacer el checkin tarde.

Por decir algo las toallas que eran muy muy ásperas.

All good overall, studio was clean, everything available, communication went good. Tramways are minutes walking away.

Maybe a key locker would be more « functional » than the current checkin method :) The price is slightly high for something not in the city center (13 mn tramway)

La cama era muy cómoda y bien equipado.

Muy mala comunicación con la dueña porque las instrucciones para recoger las llaves no estaban claras y cuando le escribimos por Booking y le llamamos no contestó.Ademas recoger y dejar las llaves en plena vía pública no nos parece muy seguro.No hay gel en la ducha y el check out a las 10 a.m nos parece demasiado temprano.

Convenient location, reasonable paid parking very close

The location was perfect for us as we came to go to the concert that was at the venue 5 min away. Otherwise, it is a bit far from the central part of the city (about 20 min walk). The apartment was clean, just like pictures. Check in was without an actual person but quick.

We were searching for a place that had marked available parking on their premises. It was not the case, you park on the street or a garage nearby which costs about 13-14 euros a day. I think this should be removed from the ad as its misleading. There is no shampoo or anything of that sort. Providing documents by whats up is also odd, there is million ways of collecting data of traveler's safe and secure.
