Apartment Rest in The Best

Very specious, well furnished, good facilities, amazing location (couldn't be more central), friendly hosts, perfect for a short city trip.

It is an inside apartment, with no views to the street, only to a small internal yard. Quite dark. One of the bedrooms has no window at all.

Excellent location. Great value for money.

Excellent location, one of my favorite places to stay in Zagreb. Highly recommended.

The position of the apartment is perfect, and it is right in the middle of the Centrum. You literally get out of the building in the Centrum. The apartment was clean, and you had everything you needed. I was impressed to find a clean sponge for cleaning dishes, toothpaste, and other personal hygiene stuff.

The windows are in between buildings. The terrace of the apartment is surrounded by the building. In my initial understanding, it was that the windows were towards the city square, but hey it was great even so. The host was very nice, and we synced up beautifully on whatsapp.

- The owner Sanjica was very helpful and contacted me in advance on whatsapp to help figure out the nearest parking garage including how to get the day rates. - The location of the apartment was simply brilliant in fact one of the best I have stayed in from a central location point of view. It was just amazing to simply walk down and be in the hustle and bustle of the center. - There were 2 rooms (one with 3 single beds) and the 2nd with 1 queen size bed. The sofa cum bed was also made for us in advance. - We reached the apartment later than expected at 21:15 but the owner instructed the cleaning lady to wait for us and she was there waiting to hand us the keys and explain the apartment to us. - The owner was very kind and allowed us an extended checkout till 13:00 hrs as we had a flight in the evening.

- We needed extra pillows as we found the ones too soft, so we took the extra pillows from the cupboard but they did not have a pillow cover. When we asked the cleaning lady the 2nd night to give us the pillow cover she asked us to put the uncovered pillow under the one with a cover as she only had 10 more for the enxt group. I'm sorry but this is a very lame excuse and while I cannot blame the owner for it she definitely needs to instruct her cleaning lady that every pillow needs to be kept with a pillow cover for hygiene reasons and that if a guests asks for a pillow cover she better give it (1 point deducted for this otherwise would have rated it 9/10) - The apartment doesnt really have a window that opens up outside. It has a courtyard that opens up into an indoor area but that does keep away natural light from the apartment during the day so it can get quite dark in the rooms where the lighting is not bright enough - The toilet and especially the bathroom is pretty cramped and without a shower curtain which results in water going outside the bath area and thereby making the entire bathroom wet. We had to call the cleaning lady the 2nd day and ask for an extra bathmat (which she gave) and also a mop so we can wipe the bathroom after use to keep it dry for the next person to use - There were some fruit flies all over the kitchen. Even though we did not cook anything in the apartment the flies in the kitchen area and the bathrooms were a bit annoying. Maybe the apartment needs a bit of a deep clean

The apartment is in a very nice place, clean and with all amenities, I recommend it :)

No food Location is best

It was in an excellent location, walking distance to everything, was very secure. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice little courtyard.

Building was beautiful but maybe in the process of being restored so under occupied and a bit eerie. Didn’t bother us though.

We were meant by a very welcoming lady who gave us our keys. Great location. Within walking distance of the market, the cathedral, and many restaurants and bars.

There could be more lights in the stairwell. It was a little dark.
