"Kein "Luxury", aber ein schönes Studio an Top-Lage"

Toni hat persönlich empfangen und uns den etwas verborgenen Zugang gezeigt. Er war gut erreichbar via Mobile. Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist gut ausgestattet, schöne Elemente mit dem alten Mauerwerk. Super zentral und dennoch ruhig. Schrank mit viel Platz.

Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Aufhängemöglichkeit, keinen einzigen Haken. Unpraktische Küchenzeile ohne Ablage/Abtropffläche.

La entrada es un poco liosa, ya que se encuentra en la esquina de un parking privado, en un lateral, el dueño tuvo que salir a buscarnos. Es un apartamento pequeño, para pasar unos días en Split. La cocina esta integrada dentro de la habitación, con una mini vitrocerámica, pero ni hay tostador, ni cafetera, solo hervidor de agua. Te dejan unos sobres de café solubles con agua. Hay menaje para cocinar. Cuenta con aire acondicionado. Hay secador de pelo y el baño cómodo y limpio. A 1o minutos andando del centro. No cuenta con parking pero un poco mas adelante de la calle hay como un especie de "garaje" en el que no hay que pagar, si tienes suerte aparcas y sino te toca pagar o buscar calles donde no hay que poner ticket.

Nicely contained room in an older building. Ground floor made it easy to access.

Our problem was with google maps. We had to walk around a bit to find the address. Once there it was perfect

"Location strategica per visitare a piedi Split"

La posizione dell'alloggio è a ridosso del centro storico di Spalato e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Ampio parcheggio adiacente (a pagamento), ma a poca distanza si può parcheggiare gratuitamente.

Arrivati in struttura abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 20 minuti l'arrivo dell'host sotto il sole. Set bagno poco fornito di Asciugamani (un solo telo per persona, uno rotto).
