Palma Apartment

The apartment is on a side street (no traffic noise) about 10 min easy walk to the centre. It is very clean and contains everything you would need for a lovely stay. The host is very kind and helpful and I would stay there again. Thank you!

The property is well located, convenient to the old city and train station. It’s only a few stairs to get into the unit. Everything worked fine, and the host was quick to reply and seemed well organized and prepared. It’s a relatively simple place, but very spacious and well equipped.

The second night was terrible with a lot of cigarette smoke coming in the unit. (The first night we didn’t have a problem.) There didn’t seem to be anything that we could do; we tried opening up the window, but that didn’t seem to help. Whoever was smoking is either a chain smoker or there were several people, and they don’t sleep many hours. If you don’t care about lots of cigarette smoke coming in your unit, it’s a great choice for a well located place at good value; if you do mind cigarette smoke, I would avoid.

The host is very responsive and the property has everything we could need. It was wonderful.

Apartment is spotless clean with many amenities. Location couldn't be better. Parking outside always available (1.60 per hour and after 22.00 till 07.00 free). Iva is very polite and really fast to respond. Keyless entry. Great bakery near by. One of the best stays overall.
