L'appartamento modernissimo ha soddisfatto in pieno le aspettative e la posizione, di fronte all'Arena, è fantastica ed ideale per visitare anche il centro storico.

La modernità dell'alloggio contrasta molto con il resto del palazzo e del quartiere in generale, nonostante sia proprio di fronte all'Arena. C'è bisogno di molti miglioramenti a cominciare dalla porta d'ingresso fatiscente e con maniglia rotta del palazzo. Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, l'unico miglioramento che vorrei consigliare sarebbe la sostituzione della tenda con il box doccia, poiché l'acqua inevitabilmente filtra e potrebbe finire, a lungo andare, con il rovinare la porta del bagno.

Super location, looking out to the Roman amphitheater. Very close to all the attractions in Pula. The hostess was very welcoming, turning up to meet us and even presented us with a gift.

The building has no lights as you enter at night, so a bit of groping until you reach the courtyard.

Everything perfect. Nice location with a beautiful view straight to Puljska arena. The appartment is very clean and fully furnished. The host Vedrana and her husband were both so nice and helpful. Grateful for everything :)

La localisation

L'équipement moyen. Il manque des accessoires utiles pour la cuisine et certains ne fonctionnaient pas comme l'allume feu. De manière générale, le mobilier est vétuste. Ma compagne a même failli se blesser au niveau du lit car des petits clous sont apparents au niveau du contour. L'accès par une vieille cour, qui donne vue aux voisins. Pas ouf !

We stayed at the apartment as a family of 4 with two kids age 7&9. The apartment is located right in the centre of town only 10mins walk from all the main attractions. It’s only a 5mins walk from the harbour too. The apartment is very well equipped with every would need. It’s finished to a good standard. The beds are comfortable including the sofa bed. The kitchen is also well appointed should you wish to cook. There is so much to choose from for local restaurants too. The owners are fantastic and communication was superb throughout. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the city centre then look no further. You can even see the Colosseum from the window. The air conditioning works well too.
