Villa Smodlaka

We loved everything about this property. The location is absolutely perfect, the apartment was so spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need. The terrace was magnificent, and we spent every evening enjoying it with a glass of wine, or a nice coffee in the morning. Vinka was an absolutely pleasure and there for us for anything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! We will come back here every time we visit, you don’t want to miss this!

Wonderful apartment with a stunning balcony/terrace. It was very clean and had all amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The host Vinka was very kind and friendly and gave us all needed information. She even organized the transfer from and to the airport for us. This appartment is very highly recommended and we would love to come back one day!

Very great apartment and what a wonderful location! 100 meters away from the City of Diocletian, and 5 minutes walking from the sea! The apartment is typical decorated and absolutely well furnished with a spacious balcony. Vinka is an adorable and welcoming host. She welcomed us for the check in, with a perfect tour and explanation on how to enjoy best the apartment and the town! We had with my parents a lovely time in Split :-)

Perfect location! Just a few blocks from the Old Town in Split so you can walk everywhere, but enough away that it didn’t feel overrun by tourists. We took a bus to Split and walked from the bus station to the flat. A market for groceries right around the corner. And of course the MASSIVE porch that 3 cute areas: a swing chair, a table area and sun loungers. There was a great sun covering across the whole porch which blocked the heat but still allowed for light. The place had nice, tall ceilings and great art / homey feel.

We’d wanted a two bedroom and the second bed is in the living room so there’s really only one bedroom and a second bed, but the place is spacious we didn’t mind! Wifi didn’t work too well on the bedroom, but the other amenities were great and the location was perfect.

Had a great 4 night stay here. Great location and amazing apartment. Vinka was a fantastic and very accommodating host as well. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Vinka met us do deliver the keys and provided all necessary information regarding the apartment. We really appreciated that we waited for us to do so (we arrived around 9pm) and she even went beyond and helped us find a free parking space. Thank you Vinka for all your help!

We loved everything….the location in the centre of the old town, the gorgeous heritage listed apartment, the wonderful host who was informative, fun and generous, the cleanliness of the home. and the sensational balcony! Four days was too short.

Loved the stunning luxurious characterful apartment and our lovely host Vinka. Spotless, so many thoughtful extras like many towels, toiletries, food basics, and the BALCONY. Literally heaven. We will be back!

Getting in was a little problematic as we arrived quite late, but Vinka was wonderful and sorted us out in 15 minutes.

It was very spacious, cozy, comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy. In the kitchen every tool and kitchenware available if somebody want to cook or make a dinner. The roof terrace has exceptional value. The dishwasher machine and the washing machine are very handy to have.
