Fantastic accommodation for a stay in Split. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable, tidy and clean, nice modern design. Accommodation has air conditioning, internet, comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and big fridge. Balcony is an added bonus with a nice views of Marjan hill and a little bit of the sea. The building is located on a quiet little street, 10-15 minutes easy walk from the old town centre, 15-20 min from Bacvice beach. Just round the corner from the apartment are two supermarkets, bakery and two good restaurants - Laf! is especially recommended for delicious food, excellent service and prices.

Internet was sometimes breaking in some parts of the flat, but this is a very minor issue.

The apartment in which we had the opportunity to spend our holiday is characterized by many positive aspects, but there are also some minor inconveniences that are worth considering before making a reservation. Location and surroundings The apartment is located in a quiet, friendly area, which is definitely conducive to relaxation. The distance to local grocery stores and the bus station is small, which makes everyday shopping and travel much easier. It is also worth emphasizing that the city center can be reached on foot in just 15-20 minutes, which is an excellent option for people who prefer walking and exploring Split without the need to use public transport. Apartment equipment The apartment is perfectly equipped and meets the needs of even the most demanding guests. Among the available devices are, among others, an iron, vacuum cleaner, mop, as well as a full set of kitchen utensils. The kitchen offers everything necessary for preparing meals - from a dishwasher and microwave, through a washing machine and refrigerator, to a coffee machine. An additional advantage are two air conditioning units, located in the bedroom and living room, which were especially useful during warm, muggy nights, ensuring a comfortable sleep. A very nice convenience was also the spacious balcony, which had a view of the southern part of Split. It is an ideal place to relax after an intense day, especially at sunset.

Inconveniences There are a few minor issues that we encountered during our stay. The apartment is located on the second floor, which may be inconvenient for some guests, especially the elderly, due to the lack of a lift. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which sometimes reduced the comfort of the stay. Additionally, towards the end of our stay, the blinds in the living room broke down - unfortunately, they were not repaired before we left. Ants also appeared in the apartment from time to time, which could be a bit of a nuisance. It is also worth noting that the apartment does not have its own parking space. Finding a parking space on the nearby streets, especially in the evenings, was a challenge, especially during the tourist season. For guests arriving by car, this may be a bit of a nuisance. Service Although contact with the hosts was problem-free, it is worth noting that they did not agree to store luggage for a few hours after check-out. For people with a late flight or bus, this may be a bit of an inconvenience. Summary Despite the few shortcomings mentioned, the apartment offers a high standard and many amenities that make it a place worth considering for a vacation stay. It is certainly an option worth recommending to those looking for comfort, well-equipped accommodation and a convenient location in Split.
