A fantastic one bed apartment in Stanici! Perfect for a couple but can accommodate four. We recently had a week's stay here and had a brilliant and relaxing time. The owners, Ljubo and Maria were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and communication was easy. The views from the balcony, just off the bedroom were fabulous and the sunsets incredible!! The double bed is spacious and the whole apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bottles of water and some beer in the fridge was very welcome upon arrival as was the bowl of fruit. There are a few restaurants around. Povat restaurant was on the beach. Access was down a few flights of stairs. We visited twice and it is a good little restaurant with good food although it closed temporarily as it was the end of season. Espana restaurant up the road definitely worth a visit as the food is incredible but pricey ( worth it!) If you need to buy provisions, there is a little shop and bakery up and along the road about 5 mins from the property and further along is a Studenac shop, Very useful. We enjoyed days at the nearby beach and visited Omis as we had pre booked a boat trip( great day out!) The sea is great for a swim but the beach is pebbly. We would definitely recommend this property!

There are many steps as the property is elevated but we coped! 😅 Just be aware! It comes with the territory..Good for improving muscle tone. No toaster...but there is a sandwich toaster. Having to leave.......!

Ми залишилися у повному захваті від цих апартаментів і щиро рекомендуємо їх усім! Найперше, що сподобалося — це розташування. До моря буквально кілька кроків, берегова лінія зовсім поруч, тож не потрібно витрачати час на довгі прогулянки, щоб скупатися чи просто насолодитися морським повітрям. Господар зустрів нас дуже привітно, завжди був на зв’язку й допомагав у будь-яких питаннях. Приємною несподіванкою стало те, що по приїзду в холодильнику вже чекала вода, молоко та навіть пиво — після довгої дороги (ми їхали 13 годин!) це було надзвичайно доречно. Самі апартаменти великі, просторі й чисті. Видно, що тут дуже добре дбають про порядок і комфорт гостей. Було багато свіжих рушників, зручні ліжка та подушки, великий телевізор, обладнана кухня, де є все необхідне, включно з кавою. Атмосфера справді домашня, але водночас відчувається високий рівень сервісу.

Great place! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the beach is just going down a fel steps with crystal-clear water. Quiet, relaxing location, yet close to Omiš for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely come back! ✨

Bardzo wygodny apartament, czysty i zadbany. Fantastyczny widok z balkonu na zachód słońca nad morzem. Zejście na plażę schodkami w dół prosto z budynku, na plaży restauracja i beach bar. Bardzo blisko piekarnia, spożywczak i buda z owocami.

Präzise Anweisungen bekommen wie man das Haus findet. Das Haus steht unterhalb der stark befahrene Bundestraße, von Verkehr war nicht viel zu hören. Ljubo hat uns persönlich empfangen, hat geholfen unsere Gepäck in das Appartement zu tragen. Maria und Ljubo sind ein sehr netter Gastgeber, Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und eine Kochnische und ein große Balkon mit perfekten Aussicht. Besser kann man nicht vorstellen. Die Betten waren bequem, Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Strand liegt unterhalb das Haus, ist über paar Stufen erreichbar. Parkplatz ist nicht direkt beim Haus, ist auf der andere Seite von der Bundesstraße. WLAN hat immer gut funktioniert.

Da gibt es kaum etwas was man verbessern kann. An bestimmte Dinge wie der steile Abfahrt und die Stufen kann man durch die Lage nichts ändern. Man muss es so in kauf nehmen, wenn es jemanden stört, sollte anderswo buchen.

Krasny apartman s velkym balkonem a vyhledem na more. Apartman byl cisty a plne vybaveny. Ocenili jsme i vybavenou lednici s vodou, pivem a mlekem. K dispozici byl take kapslovy kavovar i s kapslemi. Majitele byli moc prijemni:) Doporucejeme!

Świetna lokalizacja, plaża blisko- kilka schodków, piekarnia, sklep, restauracje wszystko na wyciągnięcie ręki

We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful welcome touches. All the facilities are new and work perfectly. The proximity and accessibility to the beach is superb. The terrace is large and offers a very peaceful environment with views of the pine trees and the sea. Nothing to say.

We didn't like not staying longer.
