Apartment Kate

It was a great location and great host. Very friendly and very forthcoming. Came to greet me on arrival and showed me around. I was very pleased with my stay. I would stay again and the host if very friendly.

The mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. I slept bad and woke up very stiff.

Good location to see old town, very nice host.

Is close to attractions of the old city - 10minute walk to the old town and shops and restaurants

lovely host and the actual size of the apartment was perfect. Well equipped kitchen though would benefit from some smaller pots. previous reviews have mentioned there is no shower curtain, this remains the same. The apartment advertises that there is BBQ facilities, there isn’t. Also says that it is beach front, they forget to mention the very busy, noisy main road to get to the beach. There is some air traffic noise but this can be expected being so close to the airport. We still enjoyed three nights in Trogir before heading home.

The property is very clean,however, the stale smell of cigarettes is awful and really affected my asthma, though the bedroom was ok. We couldn’t sit in there so used the outside space and stayed out for most of the stay. When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener which instantly made me cough. It was too late to rebook as it was at the end of our two week holiday. Such a shame as the apartment is quite nice and very spacious. Maybe some fabric deep clean and repaint would solve it.

We got a nice welcome from the extremely nice landlady Kate. The flat was in walking distance to Trogir with free parking right next to the flat. We were allowed to come with our two dogs, which isn’t always easy. The flat was very clean and the bed comfortable. The beach lies just on the other side of the main road running past.

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated. It is next to a busy road, but as the bedroom was at the back of the house it didn’t bother us at night.

Balcony with sea view where we could get the sun from morning to the afternoon. Nice clean and large department - it is the second time we lived there 😊. We are as satisfied as the first time.

Nice balcony with sea view. Almost beachfront - swimming every day at a nice beach just outside. About 800 meters walk to Trogie and we enjoyed the walk every day (just along the beach). Big apartment and new equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The host is super friendly and kind. We arrived too early, several hours before check-in. However she managed to finish everything and opened the freshly clean apartment to us.

Will be nice if there is a shower curtain or glass door so that it will not spray out of the bathtub, which however was a very minor issue, as we quickly developed some skills to avoid it. Almost perfect.
