Trevlig, stor lägenhet. Härligt uteplats. 100 m till havet. Dock ingen strand utan en betongplatta med stege ner till vattnet. Men fungerade bra, fanns plats att sola. Mycket bra kök och utrustning, förutom konservöppnare. Tvätten skötte hyresvärden. Bra AC.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Apartment. 3 Hunde waren überhaupt kein Problem, das Vermieterpaar war überaus freundlich, von wirklich sehr gutem selbstgebrannten Schnäpsen über frisch gepflückte Feigen von den eigenen Bäumen bis hin zu selbst gebackenem Apfelstrudel, kam jeden Tag eine nette Überraschung von den Vermietern. Der Platz ist wunderschön wenn man entspannte Atmosphäre mit wenig Trubel sucht. Zum privaten Meerzugang geht man ca 3 Minuten bergab, auch die Mole ist gepflegt und man teilt sich den Platz mit ein paar anderen Gästen (hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört). Parken direkt vorm Haus, gut ausgestattetes sehr sauberes Apartment (Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer), für die Restaurants und fürs Einkaufen ist ein Auto notwendig. Besonderes Highlight ist der überdachte Grillplatz mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Preis Leistung top, ein schöner Urlaub mit netten Menschen. Hvala lepa! Oh und der Vermieter spricht deutsch:)

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Lage , Sauberkeit , Ausstattung war exzellent. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur ein Traum. Jeden Morgen haben wir Delphine beobachtet beim Morgenkaffee , was will man da noch mehr sagen ( Hammer)!! Am Abend genossen wir den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang am Hauseigenen Grillplatz. Privater Zugang zum Meer und Strahlend Blaues Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind so herzliche Menschen, das sich sogar eine Freundschaft daraus entwickelt hat. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit . Friendly, helpful host. The sea view terrace and living room's window. Car parking next to the entrance, Private grill place. Was hard to find with google maps (not a single sign guides you to the apartman, and the only one that the ramp has where you have to climb up sais Baric Draga 144 not 145, but its next to it), but the host tried to help us find it via her friend. The list below is not positive but definitely not negative. Things to note: - Beach is most likely 200m away (70m maybe in the air), still not far but you have to descend then ascend on the way back as well. - Adria main road is just below the house, that can be noisy and you have to cross it to go to the shore. There is speed limit, but 80% doesn't care. - I do not advise to go by foot to shop / restaurant, there is no sidewalk on the mentioned road and the restaurant is 3 km away, shop 6 km but if you want a 'bigger' city/shop it's 20 km (30 min by car). There is a small market closer (2km) but it has poor supply. - Language barrier, google translate was a must.

Hygine in the bathroom was disastroues. The water is undrinkable, don't even try (smells)! The apartman has 1 air conditioner in the living room. On Booking not every rule is listed, further rules (not easy to find) are in the apt: - You can't operate the AC under 26°C (???), well still does its job IN the living room... - You have to turn off every electric device, (AC as well) when you leave. And why wouldn't you go to the beach or wherever else? So it has no chance to cool down the whole house (incl. bedrooms) if you stick to these rules... Means you burn at night or try to open the windows (it has cool breeze in september) but that equals noise = neighboor AC outdoor unit and cars from the road. - Most shameful is that you have to pay 10€ / night for electricity that is not included in the price! If you check european residential electricity prices, Croatia is around 0,2 € / kWh. I don't want to make you tired if you've read this far but a 3,5kW AC unit operating 24 hours consumes MAX 18 kW that means 3,6€ / 24 hour consecutive load (its most likely half of it cause of its operating method). I'm not sure they count as residantial but still if they want this amount, then raise the price of the apt. by this 10€ and not ask for it WHEN you try to leave. Inspection when you try to go home: Checking rooms and AC (remember, under 26°C), collecting electricity money. So wrapped up: like an episode of Fawlty Towers. Extra rules, but if you are observant enough can find the rulebook that nobody mentiones. Never any host tried to check anything before we leave, keys in the inside of the lock and good-bye. We always leave the apt. in good condition and write an SMS after departure.
