New cozy apartment - center of old town Omiš

Výborné ubytovanie, všetko čisté, nové. Príjemný majiteľ, parkovanie na mestskom parkovisku zadarmo.

K apartmánu vedú užšie schody, a nie je žiadne vonkajšie posedenie, čo by mne ako fajčiarovi bolo super.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I have to leave a very positive one. I visited Omiš for the third time. I managed to find the apartment at the last moment. I had never stayed on this side of the river before. Everything surprised me in a good way. The location turned out to be perfect, the apartment was well-equipped, very clean, and I was allowed to stay longer until my airport transfer, without having to look for a place to leave my luggage. The biggest praise goes to the host who handed over the keys. She showed me everything, explained all the details, and was helpful in every situation over the phone. I highly recommend this apartment and the people managing it. We will definitely come back

Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Mieszkanie jest pięknie urządzone, niezwykle czyste i świetnie wyposażone – znajdowała się w nim klimatyzacja, pralka, zmywarka, odkurzacz, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, komplet ręczników oraz szybkie, darmowe Wi-Fi. Wszystko, czego potrzeba, by czuć się jak w domu. Lokalizacja to ogromny atut – mimo że mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum, okolica jest cicha i spokojna. W zasięgu kilku minut spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia, targowisko. Blisko jest również do długiej, czystej plaży – początkowo kamienistej, a dalej piaszczystej – z możliwością wypożyczenia leżaków i parasoli (po 10 euro/szt.). Stare miasto urzeka urokliwą architekturą i zadbanymi uliczkami – panuje tu wspaniały, turystyczny klimat. Szczególne podziękowania należą się gospodarzowi – Josipowi. Od pierwszego kontaktu emanował życzliwością i pozytywną energią. Był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze dostępny – nawet gdy pojawiły się drobne przygody, wspólnie udało się je rozwiązać bez stresu. Proces zameldowania i wymeldowania przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce każdemu – to idealna baza na udany wypoczynek w Omiś w Chorwacji!

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment! Spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated - everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The windows offer a stunning view of the mountains and the old town, which especially adds to the atmosphere. The location is very good: everything you need is nearby, but it is quiet and calm. Special thanks to the landlord - very friendly and responsive, always ready to help. We sincerely recommend these apartments to everyone who appreciates comfort, beauty and hospitality!

It’s very clean and in the heart of old city of Omis.

The location was excellent, right in the old town, however be aware there are steps up to the apartment should you have mobility problems.

Everything was good apart from some issues with the Internet.
